Six 4-foot gingerbread figures cut from a single set of templates. One body template covers arms up, one arm raised, or arms down, with separate templates for the arm and foot frosting and the mouths. Make one perfect, then duplicate.
Assembled with exterior adhesives, painted with exterior paint, and stood on compound-angle stands hidden behind the legs. The stands come off so the figures stack flat for storage. Built for a Christmas village on the rooftop bar, they returned the following season as an indoor display.
