3D-Printed Projects

Animatronics, seasonal displays, and printed parts.

Printing as part of the shop process. Some prints were parts inside other builds: the motor mount and belt tensioner for the Red Windmill, the diffusers for the private events chandelier, and components for the seasonal water feature. Others were finished pieces in their own right, including an oversized Halloween pumpkin with a printed head on a three-axis servo mount, articulated PVC fittings, a Christmas village of Over-the-Rhine facades set along a model train circuit that ran around the main bar, and a trophy for the brewery’s chili cook-off. Each was modeled in CAD, then printed, assembled, and finished in the shop.
